Where can I find the serial number on Cisco Unified Attendant Console version 9.1 to open a TAC case.

Normally our engineers quote the UCSS/SWSS contract number to open the case.
But if you still want to find the serial numbers: Go to Help>Licensing
Under Licenses you should be able to see the installed licenses for your server and number of licensed agents, current status, Serial Number and date installed.

We don't know what the contract number is, otherwise we would have went that route. The serial number listed under licenses does not equate to anything to open a TAC case. So, there is no serial number to use to find the contract number or if is under a contract?
