Cisco Unity UI Administrator Login Fails

I am having a really hard time with UCN v10 . This is a new install on the BE6000s I was able to login once, and since then it is saying "Account Locked."

 

I have tried:

 

admin:utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password
New password:*
Confirm new Password:*

Reset user interface password

08/10/2015 19:19:38.489 : Update FAILED: code = 1, AUTHORIZATION FAILURE


Executed command unsuccessfully

 

For the life of me I can not get around this issue. Any help would be appreciated so I can create a second user.

Hi Brian,

The CLI commands run scripts on the OS level and these scripts have privilege levels. It seems like the privilege level for the command "utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password"  is incorrectly set.

It would be a good idea to contact TAC to verify the same and see if it can be fixed.
