Hi
For an example, say we have a Cisco 8851 configured with 5+ lines, in some cases we can have upto 10.
Is there a way to set all lines on a single device to be a member of the same pickup group ? You can imagine how tedious one by one becomes when there is a department shuffle so if there is that would be a huge timesaver.
Thanks in advance

Call Pickup Group is configured at line and not device level. So, yes all lines can be part of the same pickup group, if that is what you are trying to achieve.

Thanks Georgios,
It's not really the question I was asking as I am aware of pickup groups being done at line level and that they can all be part of the same pickup group. In fact, that is how we have it configured.
I've since found out the answer to my own question but I do appreciate the input.
