Hey guys,
I am kind of a newbie to Callmanager/Unity. I replaced a guy who quit, and I never had experience before now. I have learned tons, and continue to learn more every day.
Basically I am supporting the entire system for an oil and gas site. ~1400 phones, 75-2960's etc.
What I am wanting to do is to put an auto-attendant or an after hours greeting on a single phone line, not the entire system. The phone line in question is the onsite IT group here. Although the plant is operational 24/7, the IT group is only open from 630am to 6pm. Between the hours of 6pm and 630 am, I want to have something that will play a message and route directly to voicemail.
This is probably an easy implementation, but I cant seem to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Andrew

Hi and welcome to voice world
You can arcieve that simple with the call handler in unity site
Call coming to voice gateway for the specific number that you want, for example 3000 (is teh extension number) then you translate this number to the number for the call handler (1000 for example)
Voice gateway send teh call to cucm , and then cucm to unity
Example:
lets say in the route point you have the number 1000 which is call handler number (you have to check forward all to voice mail) for this number..
In unity you have to create a call hanler with this specific number. Then there you can assign the time and anything else you want
