Shutdown CUCM coresident ELM when using standalone instance

Hello,

I've upgraded whole UC group of applications (CUCM, CUC, IM&P) from 8.6.2 to version 9.1.1. We have choose to use external standalone ELM for enterprise flexibility reasons.

Is there any way how to shut down coresident ELM's on CUCM and CUC server? I want to avoid situation some admin will misregister licenses on wrong ELM. Also few customers were asking for the same.

Just checked in my server and there are 4 ELM services that show up in the service list via CLI, I assume you can just shutdown those services to stop them and so you won't be able to access that ELM instance.

There's just one ELM service via serviceability, but it appears they will restart if you shutdown the server.
