Hi,
I have a Unity Connection Server connecting to O365 for voicemail creation. Currently we are having issues with Unity not getting updates from office 365 when a voicemail message is read or deleted, this is also affecting MWI.
I have been talking to MS Premier Support and they have asked me to confirm the EWS streaming subscriptions. How can I confirm this. Although the logs show that Unity can connect to EWS and creat mailbox items. I don't see any logs for it pulling updates from Office 365.
Has anybody experienced this issue and now how to fix it?
