Single Number Reach (SNR) caller-id wrong when call sent through Unity Connection AA

UCM 8.5.1 Unity Connection 8.5.1 Caller calls to an SNR enabled user's DID number and the caller ID is properly displayed on the cell phone (Remote Destination). Caller calls to the Unity Connection AA, dials the same user's extension and the caller ID is displayed as that of the Unity Connection server's AA line. ISDN trace of the second instance shows the calling party number as the AA number, not the original calling party's number Anyone know where i can change this to display the original calling party's number? Thanks, Ron

Ron,

I think that you may want to take a look at the CallManager Service Parameter

"Display Original Calling Number on Transfer from Cisco Unity"

Go to the CallManager Service parameters and click on Advanced (to show Advanced service parameters).

You may also need to configure Unity Connection to release the call to switch (versus supervised transfer).

HTH.
