I have a customer environment using CUCM 8.6.1a and 8945 phones. SIP is a requirement, thus I loaded the 894x-sip.9-2-1-00 firmware. The problem is that using multicast MOH the phone does not play the stream. We have other phone models running 9-2-1 releases, no issues with MOH, so assumedly it's not the configuration. Anyone else have an experience with this phone load on the 8945s?
