I have three questions,

I need to get a SPA921 working on my UC500
I have IOS Version 12.4(11)XW7 (not changed since i buyed the uc500 2 weeks ago)

I already changed the Language of the IP Phones - i want to change the language of the voicemal also
But i don't have the file that the Configuration Assistent wants me to upload and it seems that im not able to download it
I already downloaded the big package for the uc500 (UC520-7.0.3.zip) - but this zipfile doesnt contain the right file
i need

Everything is working - except the Outlook Plugin on Windows XP x64
is XP x64 supported?
just got sip working
i changed the cfg a little bit and updated ios for compability for voice hunt-groups (sccp+sip)
point 2:
i need exactly the file cue-vm-de_DE-langpack.ise.7.0.3.prt1
Why am i not able to download it? it says "download forbidded" but why is it forbidden?
