We are running CUCM 9.1
We are routing calls from CUCM to Skype for business through remote destination profiles to ring Cisco phone and Skype client simultaneously . We have a handful that are not working.
Jdoe@xxxx.com works and Kdoe@xxxx.com does not work. I ran the dialed number analyzer and don't see any difference in results. has anyone out there run into this? Is there another way to tell where Kdoe@xxxx.com going?

Look at your SIP route patterns, Call Routing --> SIP route pattern
If all looks good there, then you need to look at logs.

Is Skype for Business configured the same for all users? is SIP URI defined?
Issues like these need to be investigated via review of traces on both sides, you can start with CCM SDI traces, and then look at Skype logs.
