Smart license reservation - Agent is not enabled

Hi,

I am installing a CUCM cluster, offline, and want to generate a license reservation request for smart licensing.

License reservation is enabled. When I do 'License smart reservation request' I get 'Agent is not enabled'.

Googling this error did not make me any wiser...

I have done this before on other CUCM's, but I have never seen this error...

Does anybody know how to fix this?

You might be hitting this bug, you need to open a TAC for further assistance
