SMPP configuration

I am trying to configure the SMS notification in the unified 4.0(4).

As my SMPP service provider required a specified source address, and I don't find where can set the source address (SOURCE_ADDR).

I have try to capture the SMS device log and find the "SOURCE_ADDR" is always blank.

Can anyone help me?

I believe source address is set on the SMS notification device page for a given subscriber. Putting in a value for the To: field should fill in SOURCE_ADDR.

This can be set either through CPCA or SA.

Yes, I think so but the To: field already have value and the SOURCE_ADDR still blank.

It seems we have overlooked this as a requirement for the implementation. I have submitted a defect against Unity for this issue - CSCeg70607.
