**** SRST 880 is natively supported by CUCM 6.13 and 7.1

The 7206VXR does support SRST.  I am currently at version IOS 12.4(18c) and I have Call-Manager-fallback functionality. I am trying to figure out what is the highest IOS that I can go to before the SRST functionality is stripped out.  Cisco has striped out the SRST functionality because they want people to purchased their ISR Branch routers, like a 3825. So I am still trying to find out what the highest IOS version is that still contains SRST functionality.

The last mention of the 7200 in SRST platform support is here:

In theory, if it is available on 12.4(18c), then you can run the latest mainline and still get those features.

That being said,I just tested it, and I can get it up on 12.4(22)T.  It at least takes the commands.  I'm going to circle back with our BU because we either need to correct the platform documentation, or remove 'call-manager-fallback' in certain releases:
