Rob, I reviewed your attached link. I also verified my configuration. I should have all the definitions such as network MOH and MRL at the voice mail ports. I do not see anything went wrong. My installation is a regional cluster. I run voice mail ports and this group of phones (one location)from/on different device pool. I may have some disconnection between the phones and MRL. I have little knowledge to trace them. Will do more investigation after the Chinese new year holiday. In the meantime, can you help me to find more tips to find the root cause.
