Subscriber accidentally deletes message

If a subscriber accidentally pressing the delete message key while listening to a message is there anyway to "undelete" it while still in the mailbox?

Yes - in 4.0(4) access to the deleted items folder was added to the conversation (based on COS setting). You can check out the details for this in the release notes for 4.0(4) here:
