Subscriber IM & Presence 10.5 installation

- We try to install IM & Presence Subscriber but installation fail and show attached message ,  there is any advise about this case .

- and required to add subscriber IM & Presenceto the publisher before installation, and if required how can i add subscriber

Yes, they need to be added prior to the installation, did you review the install guide before doing the procedure??

all the steps are outlined in there, and should have been reviewed before doing the actual procedure.
