I Just got a message that we were capped out on User Licenses for Our cisco Unity server i want a way to tell Which users have been active in the last 90 days. Is there a way to do this without doing a Subscriber Message Activity Reportone by one? I am running Cisco Unity 7 (7.02).

User Data Dump can help here:
http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/UserDataDump/UserDataDump.html
there's a number of options for output but ones you might be interested in:
Mailbox oldest unread message (in days).
Mailbox read messages older than 60 days.
Mailbox unread messages older than 60 days.
Time of Last Call
Time of Last Password Change
should help in running down "dead" mailboxes.

Kurt,
I would suggest a different starting point than a Message Activity Report. If you run the Subscriber Information Dump in the Unity tools on the server, you can use that data to check a few things such as if there are users that never initalized their mailbox (and when that mailbox was created), last login, etc. You may find that this is a much better starting point that will help clean up unncessary/unused mailboxes.

Bulk User Delete should help you out here - another tool on the CiscoUnityTools.com site:
