How can I find and potentially change what video profile are supported on my cucm 14? I have a third party device that is using video profile main but I can not get any video to work. Can this be set on the cucm or is it set in the phones settings?
There is no option to set this. I'm not 100% sure, but I would say your "finding" doesn't even have something to do with the problem. What's the setup? Any clues from the logs? Or could you post the trace from RTMT?
