Supporting SMS on CUCM & CCX

Dear All

One of our client wants to implement SMS service on Cisco CUCM & CCX.

Customer wants to deploy the call center and he wants to get the SMS message on Agent desktop or IP Phone.Is it possible?

If yes please provide me a solution. If not any alternate solution please?

Agent desktop has a built in browser. So as long as there is a web page you can point to your SMS system to receive messages, one could potentially get them that way. I see SMS systems providing the capability to send/receive messages from a web page. So one could program a web page to point to the URL of the SMS service potentially and receive messages in CAD
