Sync Agent not running in Presence Subscriber

Hi ,

We have IM & P cluster running with 11.0.1 .  In subscriber IM and P service not getting started  but publisher sync service started and all are working fine.

How to troubleshoot this ?

Hi,

You will need to troubleshoot this by setting the Sync Agent logs to debug level. Then try to start the Sync Agent manually and collect the traces.

Generally this issue requires you to do the following:

- Delete the CUP node Entry from CUCM Server page
- Add the IMP server entry again to the CUCM Server page
- Re-install CUP Node
