Hi,
I received an e-mail stating that unity support T.37 , so I won´t need a router to do T.37 on receiving faxes for me.
"T.37 inbound and outbound fax support via telephone user interface for Exchange deployments"
Is that true ? How can I configure T.37 on Unity ?
Thanks

You'll still need the gateways to handle T.37 - Unity doesn't do this for you. Unity can currently receieve faxes via a gateway (i.e. the gateway is configured to send all inbomcing faxes to a particular mailbox that Unity is monitoring and we'll pick it up and bundle it as a fax message and drop it in the appropriate user's mailbox). You can find out more about that on the IP Fax Configuration Wizard home page here:
http://www.ciscounitytools.com/App_IPFaxConfigurationWizard.htm
there's a training video and help file out there that should answer most of your questions on that.
In a few weeks we'll be posting an updated version of the wizard that will also support having Unity send faxes outbound through the gateways that support T.37. I'll post a message out here when it's posted and ready for download.
