CUCM Translation pattern allows to prepend digits to the dialed number. To add a suffix , the only option is to use translation rule on the gateway.The following translation rule appends a 0 to the end of the dialed number.
voice translation-rule 1 rule 1 /\(.*\)/ /\10/
Apply 'translate-outgoing called 1 ' on the dial peer.
