Hi,
Could you teach me how to quickly delete each voice mail message without listening to the detail message?
I have the following operations given to users by telephone now.
Step1. Press 5 while listening to messages, and hear property of the message.
Step2. Press 7 to delete the message after you heard "To skip the message...".
The whole process takes time, particularly if the user is out of office for several days.
Unity 4.0(3)
Voice Mail only (not Unified Messaging)
Conversation Setting is "Optional Conversation 1"

In the optional conversation 1 you should be able to hit "#7" during a message to delete it - the # skips to the end of the message and the 7 deletes it - but you shoudln't have to wait between the # and 7 - the last time I tried it on my local system I was able to delete the message hitting #7 as one operation.
Here's a link to the user guide for the optional covnersation 1 for 4.0(3) in case you haven't seen it:

Thank you for your advice.
I tried hitting #7 as one operation during message, but the message was not deleted.
I have a worry about my operation.
When I push only # during message, it does not only skip to the end of message but save the message. Could you advise on some?
