This error from DBWalker 1183:(error) contact rule: Alternate has a switch ID that is not valid: 2

It says you can fix:

You can correct this by going to the call handler or subscriber transfer page in the SA for this transfer rule and selecting a valid switch.

There is no option to select a valid switch on the SA page and I cannot find anything in Bulk edit either.

How do I fix this??

That error string should be updated to reflect more modern versions of Unity - back when there were only two integrations at a time supported you could adjust it on the SA directly - that hasn't been the case in a while.

All switch assignments are done through the UTIM (Telephone Integration Manager) utility now - In Programs | Unity | execute the "Manage Integrations" application (this is UTIM).  In the tools menu drop down select "Subscriber Phone System Associations" or "Call Handler Phone System Associations" (not sure if this is a user or handler), find the user/handler and check the box next to them.  Hit the "move" button and select the switch to set them to and all their associated devices (contact rules and notification devices in the case of a subscriber) should be forced to that switch which should resolve the issue.

Thanks - that did the trick.
