Time of Day Routing with CFNA

Hi,

This is with regards to a customer requirements where they require Time of Day Routing to route evening/off-hour calls to a specific extension number.

The idea is to not to explicitly divert all evening calls to specific extension, but for wait for a while and then to the diversion. I know this is a feature of CFNA, but how can it be globally merged with TOD so that all evening calls that do not get answered within a particular period of time get diverted.

Just configure the same target for CFNA on all the phones you want, and then using that DN create the TOD config, make sure you assign the right CSS for CFNA.
