Hope someone can help.
Users on this unity system by default require the option to 'ring subscriber extension" when a call is directed to them from a call handler. When reception or admins want to transfer a call however, they require the ability to transfer directly to the user's voicemail box (no ring).
How can this be accomplished???

The first link Jeff posted using a CTI route point works well.
One note, if you are using CCM 4.X make sure to check the "redirected number" under the "Forwarded Call Information Display" These settings are in the CTI Route Point under the Line configuration
