Transfering call directly to VoiceMail, 3 methods

Hi All,

I can't find a link on the CCO anymore. It discussed 3 different ways to transfer calls directly to voicemail. I'm not talking about the one for CCM 3.3.2spD, that's been discussed on recent threads.

The link I'm talking about used newer versions of CCM and Unity. I was using this a few months ago, but I lost the bookmark!

actually, you'll find all the tech tips for all topics under the general tech tip link at the bottom:

there's 4 or 5 tech tips about transfering directly to a mailbox in here, one of them is probably the one you're looking for.
