Transfert OFFNet to ONNet Call

Hi Everybody,

I´m facing to an issue, i´m not  able to transfer, hold or park a Call coming from the Pstn (offnet ) to an internal DN (OnNet) Extension

I Verified the service parameter, the MTP, the Device Pool also the Media Group but everything seem ok

Here is a Doc ,where i have place some specified print screen for give you clear idea.

The Gateway have the same CSS than my inside Phone, mean i´m able to call every phone DN from my Gateway without any Problem

But when i try internally to an Inside DN to an Inside DN, mean ( ONnet to ONet) i can do everything (Park,Hold,transfert)..

what is your call manager version ?

try to restart IP Media stream service
