Trigger not playing the welcome prompt in UCCX script.

Good morning members,

I am new to UCCX and scripting. I am trying to build a test script, starting with a trigger to play a prompt. Steps created in the script:

1. Start

2. Accept (Triggering Contact)

3 Play Prompt (here I set a variable to play my prompt and set as a parameter)

4. End

 

Steps created in UCCX

1. Create a  new Application Management associated with my test script. Checked the Welcome Prompt box and selected my .wav file.

2. Specify my test phone extension as the Trigger and specify the Call Control Group. Save.

 

When I ring the trigger extension I specified, the extension just rings and no welcome prompt is played.

Validating the script says 'script validation succeeded'. When I run a Reactive Debug on the script, I receive the error message Task:44000013557 AcceptStep: Trigger is not a ContactApplication. 

Am I missing a step somewhere? Any advice is most appreciated.
