Trouble with AQM user after username change in Active Directory

Hi All,

We had a new user start last week.

He originally went into the system as Leopoldo.Novais and was linked.

All went fine initially, then his name was shortened to Leo Novais in Active Directory.

Now, his account in AQM changed the windows login name to Leo.Novais; but the userid is still 1.Leopoldo.Novais@navitas.com

There is also a new and unlinked user 1Leo.Novais@navitas.com    with the same windows login.

I am not able to link the new user because the first one is still linked.

I have a button to delete user; but the button is greyed out.

Any ideas please?

I have registered with that forum.

As a side note,  this problem has been resolved.

I ended up creating a new Temporary user account in Active Directory.

I then used ADAM to migrate it to CUCM and onto IPCCX with the same priviledges and roles as the original user.

After creating that second user,  I was allowed to swap links.

As best as I can gather,  the server did not accept me swapping links when only one user appeared back in Active Directory; but was happy to do so once there was a second user.
