I have two companies under one Cisco system. The call handler for Company A works fine, when someone calls in and presses a number it goes were it is suppose to.
Now I set up a new Call Handler for Company B, that is suppose to mimic Company A.
If a user dials Company B's internal number, lets say 4567, the greeting comes up and the user can push a number and the caller input works fine. Now if that same user, or using a cell phone, dials Company B's full number, lets say 123-4567, the greeting comes up and the user can push a number but it will just keep repeating the greeting and never transfer it.
Any reason why this would happen?
I've gone through the settings, comparing Company A's Call Handlers to Company B's Call Handlers and they are a match. I am not sure if this is a problem in CUC or CUCM.

Sounds like DTMF input is not being recognized by Unity when call arrives via companyB. What type of PSTN trunk is in use here and what voip protocol controls the GW, i.e. SIP/H323/MGCP? What is the integration between CUCM and CUC, is it SIP or SCCP?

It was the DTMF, when I routed the number to CUCM I didnt activate the dtmf-relay.
Thanks for the help
