How to find the call flow for unknown setup..

Please tell me the step to how to identify call flow for any unknown steup (ie call flow internal or External) by using debug or any test call command...

Vijay - I think when you have logs/debugs with you, it's hard to analyze the same if you're not aware about the actual setup. Did you face any situation like this?

Logs from call agent would be a good start. I.e cisco call manager log in case of CuCM is used.

Also if this is SIP call over 5060, end point wireshark (Network packet capture) will give at least one end of the call leg. And this is only end to end call with no in between call legs, most time is enough to analyze most issues.
