Trying to send Voicemessage to Distribution List

Unity 4.0.3 (SR1) when I push the Message Button on the phone and after I enter my password I press 2 "To send a message" then I am prompted to "Spell the name of a person or distribution list". I can not seem to find any Distribution Lists, I even went and created one using "Public Distribution List Builder" and I see it in Exchange but can not find it through the phone.

Any Thoughts?

Does the DL have a voice name recorded for it and/or an extension assigned to it? If not, do so. Try addressing by extension instead of name as well, just to make sure.

Couple things - make sure you have the "Subscribers can send messages to public distribution lists" checked on the "Messages" page of the Class of Service your account is assigned to - by default this is on but it may have been turned off along the way.

Jeff- Can VPIM|Bridge|AMIS subscribers send to a PDL, provided the users are attached to a COS that permits this action?
