Hello!
I'm currently setting up a UC 520 for use in Austria. From Cisco Austria i got the needed configuration guides an files.In the setup process there is also a Cue upgrade required and in the guide it is made with CCM but that doesn't work - it always fails. So i tried to do the upgrade with CLI but the software commands like software download upgrade and so on are not present in the IOS.
Can anybody help me with that problem?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Thomas,
I know that this doesn't answer your question but I thought you should see this clip from a very recent (current) "Ask the Expert" Event;
Hope this helps!

Hi rob,
thank's for your reply. I already read this topic before posting. Maybe Cisco Autria and Cisco Worldwide have not the same knowledge level. Cisco Austria wrote, that the Cue upgrade must be done to change the language settings. Anyway, if the UC500 works with the english settings it's ok too. But it would be nice to have german language on the telephone displays.

Hi Thomas,
I think that I misunderstood your question here :( I beleive that you should be able to change the Language but not upgrade the CUE itself. Here is the proper info for UC500;
Supported Software, Firmware, Locales, and Languages for Cisco Unifed 500 Series UC520-4.2(0)
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps7293/prod_installation_guide09186a0080851ab7.html
Cisco Unified 500 Series is shipped preloaded with a Cisco UC500 Release version which includes Cisco IOS software, Cisco Unified CME, Cisco Unity Express, Cisco Unified IP phone firmware files, and locale and voice-mail prompt language files for U.S. English.
Here is what you need;

Hi!
Is there any news on the "supported software, firmware, locales, and languages bundled with UC500"-front? All the links have gone bad and it would be really helpful if you gurus out there could share the latest.
