UC and WebEx Connect

I have a new Callmanager/Unity installation using WebEx Connect for presence.  I've gotten everything setup so that all of my users can make and receive calls from their WebEx clients, but only my client (the first one I setup) is showing as registered as a device in CM.  How can I get my other users to register?

I'd appreciate any help.  Thanks.

Have you configured the devices in CUCM for your other Connect clients to register to CUCM?

Yes.  I configured one client successfully (mine) and have duplicated that setup for all the other users.  When I look in devices/phones I see all the devices I created for the users, they have IP addresses but all of them but mine show as unregistered.

What is the Device name starting with? And what version of WebEx Connect are you using?

All the device names with WE then the initials of user ie WETS for me. I'm using the latest version of WebEx, 8 something I believe.
