Uc integration with lync 10.6.2

I seen the document for uc integration with lync 10.6.2 admin guide and it is asking to group configuration and global configuration files that are in xml format.

 Can someone tell how can make and from where can get it?

if any one try to integrate uc with lync now as i have cucm 10.5 and lync 2013?

 What is best way and configuration document for it sothat configuration can done successfully and see right results.
