Hello all,
Can anyone help me with a little Problem in implementing the UC Plugin for IBM Sametime?
On testing the Plugin, everything is working fine, we have the latest Plugin-Version 9.1.1 un use.
As Lotus Notes we use the Version 8.5 fwith FeaturePack 3.
Problem: if i install the Plugin on a End-User, the items in the Phone-Symbol are inactive!
This User had Admin-Privileges on the Machine, so i don´t know what the Problem can be. Filepermissions are full access...
Click to Call funktion is working fine.
The only difference is that the testuser is a Domino-Admin, but this User not.
any ideas??

I've honestly never experience this problem, but I'll assume from the image that the following is currently happening:
1) The end user does not have a soft phone.
2) The desk phone control (CTI) connection is failing to connect or find a desk phone.
I can't say right off the bat why its occuring, but should be fairly simple to find out with a problem report. Can you take a screen shot of the connection status menus?

in the meantime i know that there must be a Problem with the softphone,
i want to try some settings with the Cisco Jabber Client to find the failure and give you a feedback if i know more
