UC540: 6921 phones losing registration

Hi, 

 

We are having an issue where Cisco 6921 IP phones connected via Cisco UC540 are losing their registration.

A phone reboot resolves the issue.

 

This seems to occur over the weekend - other phones (7940, 7936, 7911) do not have this issue.

 

The 6921 displays "Phone not registered" - photo attached.

 

Any help is appreciated.
