CUPC users issue, could not make call

Hi,

Few of the users experienced outage for about 20 mins, users were still logged in but couldn't make calls. No issue on call manager services seen at that period.

Could you please advise how to go about troubleshooting, which service logs from RTMT should I be chasing after to narrow down the issue ?

You will have to pull CallManager traces for that time period. Traces will only be useful if logging is turned up to detailed.
