UC540w firmware needed

Hello,

We have a UC540W and would like to upgrade the firmware.

I tried to download it from Cisco's website but i couldn't.

Where can i find it?

Go to the downloads site

https://software.cisco.com/download/navigator.html?i=!mmd

In the Find field, type 540, you'll see the UC 500 and UC 540 options there, simply click on it and you'll get to the downloads page for the product.

I went there and it says i need a contract to download it that i don't have.

SN: FHK143278BS

Then I'm afraid that's not something anyone here can assist with, you need a valid contract to download SW from cisco.com
