After upgrading our UC560 from 8.2.0 to the latest 8.6.2 software pack, a whole bunch of phones have not yet completed the phone load update.
Apparently the UC560 gets overwhelmed by having so many phones try to contact it all at once to upgrade, and they haven't all updated yet.
In the original Cisco Unity Express Administration software on the UC560 from 2010, there was a section in the web-based managment titled "Phones" which had an option to select phones and remotely reboot them.
I cannot find a section titled "Phones" in the new Unity Express 8.6.5 web-based management, in order to remotely reboot them.
Also, I cannot find this remote reboot option in the latest Configuration Assistant 3.2(3).
So is it just no longer possible to remotely reboot phones via the web-based Unity Express Administration?
Am I forced to walk around to every phone to manually unplug the network cable so that it resets and updates?

On the older software versions, the CUE GUI was integrated with the CME GUI. In the newer versions of CUE 8.x and later, this is not possible. You need to go to the CME GUI directly http://ipaddress/ccme.html, there you'll find the Phones submenu, Please make sure you have the proper settings to enable the GUI:

Ah, thank you very much, there it is! The separate CME GUI is already enabled, so no need to activate.
Weirdly, that does not show up just going straight to the router http address. It just pops up the usual "level_15" console-via-http page and there's no indication that the CME web GUI is available.
