Howdy all,
We are setting up a call center to service our UK and US Clients, but our UK clients want to hear an "English" Greeting instead of our standard American one. I believe I can do this via setting up a 2nd call trigger but I'm not sure how to fire off a different initial greeting prompt based on call trigger. Any suggestions on where to look? All calls will end up in the same CSQ no matter where they are inbound from.
