UCCX 8.5 - Can I Copy vmdk file using Veeam

Hello,

We have CUCM, Unity Connections 8.5 with HA.  The UCCX 8.5 server is not HA.  All are setup in virtual center.  They are running on two UC210 servers - one here and another across town.  For the DR scenario where the location with the UCCX server become inoperable and the need to rebuild UCCX at the other site exists, can I use Veeam today to copy the vmdk file from the current UCCX server to the other site's server and store in a file directory and can this be done in production?
