Premise:
Agents in UCCX would like to monitor how many voicemails are in voicemailbox via finesse or 3rd party dashboard. Has anyone ever done this? I am trying to put together a logic for a solution and I am drawing blanks.
1) Such as would such a feature need a special API for unity connections
2) Can a script utilize such an API and can it be integrated in finesse.
