Unable to change Operator password on CU Attendant Console

I am Unable to change Operator password on CU Attendant Console. Its trowing the following error. Its a newly implemented one .

Are you sure you are going under User Configuration and then Operator Management ?  The supplied screenshot looks like the Administrator Management page.
