Unable to retrieve a parked call - Attendant console 10

Hello,

using Attendant Console 10,  a call was parked from one of our extensions to one of our parked call numbers. We are unable to unpark the call. When you click dial it says "A call cannot be completed as dialed" is there a way to retrieve or cancel this parked call?

Since CUACS is only a software interface to a physical (or vitual) phone, can you retrieve the parked call from that device?  How are you attempting to unpark it?  Are you dragging it from the Parked window back to the main line?  Are you right clicking and doing retrieve?
