Unity 3.1.1 compatible with Server 2003 and Micro Exchange Server 2003

We are currently building a 2003 Exchange Server with Microsoft 2003 Server operating system. Will we need to upgrade to 4.0 in order for Unity to work? We are running against a really tight schedule here. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Exchange 2003 was not supported until Unity 4.0(3) - you can check out the release notes for 4.0(3) here:

of course if you're upgrading, 4.0(5) would be a better choice.
