Unity 3.1(5) Caller Input

Some users present callers with option to dial 1 for administrative assistance. Now callers are transferred directly to the attendant. Station Cll Fwd is not an issue. Changing the key from 1 to 2 doesn't change anything. Rebuilding the mailbox doesn't work. I rebooted unity last night as a last resort. I'm quickly heading from logical approach to desperate guessing.

I'm not sure I understand what you're doing here... if users have a 1 key option on their mailbox stup to do a transfer to a call handler that's dialing an extension you don't want, you can change that behavior, of course. But your description doesn't make any sense to me - I don't know what's happening and what you want to happen here.
