Trying to find out how the values are calculated on some of the Unity perfmon objects. Example (Voice)(AvCsMgr)\Delay - Subscriber Logon and (Voice)(AvCsMgr)\Delay - Subscriber Message Access. If I sample every 15 seconds... there may have been 1 or 100 "events" during that time. How is the value calcualted? Is it an average during the sample window? Is it an average since perfmon started?
