We are running Unity 4.0(4)on win2003 no SP. I recently upgraded Callmanager servers to 4.1(2) and the firmware to the phones is up to 7.0(2.0). every so often the users complain that voice mail is not accessible, so if I try to access v-mail it works but I have seen where th voice mail attendant says that the voice server is down when it's not. My unity server is dual homed for redundancy as well as my exchange server and CCM servers. Our exchange server is seperate from the Unity 4.0(4) server.
Any help would be appreciated.
